Crowne Plaza Surfers Paradise is a resort hotel set amongst lush tropical gardens. The heart of Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach, surf beaches, Jupiter’s Casino and some of the best shopping in Queensland are all within walking distance of the hotel.

Situated 3 kilometres away from the city centre, the hotel is within the walking distance from Broadbeach, surf beaches, Jupiter's Casino and the shopping centres. 

Rooms
Offering spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean, all the 378 guestrooms and are equipped with a host of modern amenities for a comfortable stay.  Majority of rooms boast Pacific Ocean views and all have balconies. 

Restaurant
Overlooking the pool and the tropical gardens, the Terrace Cafe and Bar serves delicious buffet breakfast and dinner. The Four Winds Restaurant serves sumptuous buffet of local seafood and international delicacies. Providing an ideal setting to relax, the cosy bar offers a range of draught and bottled beers, wines and spirits.

Accommodation rates for the conference are as follows:
Single (per room, includes breakfast for one person) Twin Share (two people, per room, includes breakfast for two people)

Conference delegates have exclusive use of the Four Winds revolving Restaurant for all breakfasts during the conference.

Accommodation Confirmation:
Conference Matters has negotiated a reduced rate for conference delegates during the conference.  All accommodation booking must be made through Conference Matters. Accommodation will not be processed unless accompanied by full payment.
 
Change of booking:
All changes to reservations must be made in writing to Conference Matters, not the Hotel.

Refund:
A refund will only be made if notification of cancellation is received in writing 30 days prior to your reservation date.

Check-in and check-out:
Standard check-in time at hotel is 2.00 pm onwards. If a room is required prior to this time Conference Matters should be advised as hotel may otherwise charge an additional fee. Delegates arriving after 6.00 pm should indicate the estimated time of arrival, as the hotel, if not notified of a late arrival, may release the room to other guests. Check-out time is 10.00am.  Any departure after 10.00 am is subject to a charge.
