Registration Details

All registration fees are shown in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. Members of the German Society of Phlebology are eligible to register at Members’ Rates. 

Who should attend: vascular surgeons and physicians, dermatologists, coagulation haematologists, interventional radiologists, sclerotherapists, general practitioners, sonographers, vascular biology and coagulation scientists, residents, fellows in training, medical students, nursing staff.

REGISTRATION ENTITLEMENTS
Basic Phlebology Course (Phlebology Part I)
Entry to Introductory Course on Saturday 06 September and Sunday 07 September, morning and afternoon tea, lunch, conference satchel and Cocktail function.

Advanced 
Phlebology Course (Phlebology Part II)
Entry to Advacned Course on Saturday 06 September and Sunday 07 September, morning and afternoon tea, lunch, conference satchel and Cocktail function.

Standard 4 day registration: Mon 08 September - Thursday 11 September 2008
Entry to all conference sessions, Cocktail Function, morning and afternoon teas, lunches, and conference satchel.

Day registration:
All conference sessions for one day, morning and afternoon tea, lunch, conference satchel and Cocktail function if attending Sunday 07 September.

Affiliate registration:
All conference sessions, morning and afternoon tea, lunch and Cocktail Function

Spouses registration:
All morning and afternoon teas, lunch and Cocktail Function. Non-medical spouses are welcome to attend the conference sessions.

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION
All delegates will receive written confirmation of their conference registration once received and payment has been processed. Registration will not be processed unless accompanied by full payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations can only be received in writing, and incur a loss of 50% of registration fees up until Friday 15 August 2008. Later cancellations forfeit registration fees paid. Any other refunds are at the discretion of the organisers. Substitutions can be made. Please advise substitutions in writing. Substitutions are only valid when confirmed by Conference Matters.

PRIVACY
The contact information supplied on the registration form will be distributed to the attending industry sponsors. Please advise in writing if you do not wish to be included on this list.
